1) Warranty. All goods supplied via our on-line shop are covered by warranty for failure due to manufacture/component fault only. Failure due to mis-use, neglect or damage caused by external influences are not covered. For more details contact us.

2) The Law. We will comply with our obligations under UK consumer law.

3) Faulty Goods. If the failure proves to be due to a manufacture/component fault we will change it for an equivalent product free of charge. If we can not supply a suitable equivalent a refund will be issued (goods only). This does not affect customers statutory rights. Liability is limited to the replacement of faulty goods only.

4) Goods incorrectly supplied. If we supply you with goods not to the specification of those ordered we will pay return carriage and exchange for the correct goods free of charge. If we can not supply the correct goods a full refund will be issued.

5) Right to cancel. Cooling off period 14 days from receipt of your order. If you decide you want return or cancel your contract with us all goods must be returned carriage paid and unused in their original packaging. When received in good condition a refund will be issued for the order total less our carriage and packing costs.

6) Damaged goods. If the goods we supplied arrive damaged in any way you must report this within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us for information on how to package and return goods damaged in transit. Where it is not practical for the goods to be returned via a carrier we reserve to right to insist on customers providing photographic evidence and/or written proof of the alleged damage. We will aim to supply replacement goods within 48 hours of the damaged goods, or relevant proof of damage, being received by us.

7) Handling period & shipping. We aim to process orders within 1 working day of receipt. Standard delivery is aprroximately 3 - 5 working days and express delivery is normally 2 to 3 working days (please allow 1 working day for order processing). All delivery prices/times shown apply to UK mainland only. For all other UK destinations including the Scottish Highlands please note that goods will be sent by Royal Mail only which may cause delays in the estimated delivery time scales.

7a) Customers are advised to allow 7 working day buffer period in addition to the estimated delivery period to allow for delays which may be out of our control. We accept no responsibility for any loss incurred by such delays, financial or otherwise, and are not liable for customers' self enforced deadlines. Refunds will only be issued if we cannot supply suitable replacement goods and also only after the 7 working day buffer period has elapsed. Orders will only be considered lost after a period of 10 working days after dispatch. For delayed items customers must contact the carrier directly quoting the relevant consignment number which can be obtained by contacting us.

7b) Special delivery instructions, or requests for deliveries on certain days only cannot be guaranteed and customers who miss delivery must rearrange their own re-delivery or collection time by contacting the courier company concerned.

7c) Delivery of ex-stock or special order items may take up to 10 working days in which case we will contact you and advise of any delays.

8) Complaints. If you have a complaint about our service please contact us and we will endeavour to solve any problems in a satisfactory manner.

9) Payment. Payments can be made by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can also choose to pay and checkout as a PayPal guest. 

10) Description of goods. All images are for guidance only and brands may vary. We only deal with quality suppliers. All products on this site are guaranteed to meet (or exceed) British/European industry standards. Prices shown on this site are exclusively for orders made through our on-line shop only. Some products may be supplied by selected, reputable third parties at our discretion.

11) We are currently not VAT registered and are therefore unable supply VAT invoices.

Placing an order..

Browse our online store and select the products you wish to buy

Review your purchase in the shopping cart (you can also delete an item here). Then, when you're happy to proceed go to the checkout page.

Do I need to register with Paypal to place an order?

No you do not need a PayPal account to buy our products. Simply select to checkout as a "Guest" and Paypal will do the rest in a totally secure way. Customers can use most popular debit/credit cards.

If you do have a PayPal account you will also be able to use the "Express" option at checkout.

What countries do you deliver to?

    United Kingdom only. We offer free delivery for orders over £20.

Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email when you have successfully placed an order. If you can't see the order confirmation email in your inbox please check your junk/spam folder.

I haven't received my order?   

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If after that period the order hasn't arrived, please contact us, we will endeavour to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
NB. Please be aware delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

If you think you have received an item that you believe is not as described, faulty, or broken (hopefully this will never happen) please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please follow the same procedure if your order in short of an item.

Do you have a mailing list?

Yes we do and would advise all new and existing customers to join our newsletter in order to receive news, latest info and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
